Privacy Policy
At SimpleGPT, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use SimpleGPT's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

Data collection
SimpleGPT collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

Some of our services require you to register for an account. SimpleGPT asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, paypal account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

Cookies
Upon your first visit to SimpleGPT, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. SimpleGPT does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some SimpleGPT features or services may not function properly without cookies.

Payment
Paypal payments are sent instantly.  Gift cards are sent on a weekly basis.

Members with incomplete or inaccurate account information will not get paid. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. Offers that the member completed in the past month may not always be confirmed the month after, as some offers take longer to receive commissions on. All SimpleGPT members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until SimpleGPT has received payment from its advertisers.

No offer is guaranteed to credit, whether paid or free.  SimpleGPT is not responsible for any offer that does not credit.  Please only complete offers you are interested in. Before payment is made, every account on SimpleGPT is audited to ensure that no fraud has taken place. SimpleGPT will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers they completed have been validated and paid upon.

SimpleGPT reserves the right to request government-issued photo ID verification for any and all accounts. This request may be made without stated cause. If this request is denied, SimpleGPT reserves the right to withhold funds.

Fraud
Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and without pay.

Fraud includes, but is not limited to: registering with false or inaccurate information, using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using fake information to complete offers; using information that is not your own to complete offers; using pre-paid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; using temporary or disposable email addresses to complete offers, completing offers more than once; canceling offers and/or trials immediately and any other questionable or dishonest activity.

Information sharing
We will not sell, disclose or lease our member’s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency.
