Question: How do I earn cash & points?

Step 1: Click on "View Offers" on the top menu to see a list of current offers. Click on the name of the offer that you want to complete. You should complete only those offers you are truly interested in. Complete offers by following the requirements listed below each offer. If there are no requirements listed, then it is implied that you should complete the entire survey or offer until the end or as far as you are interested.

Step 2: Most offers require you to complete a survey, signup for a site or otherwise view and navigate through a list of offers. When an offer requirement asks that you signup, that means that you need to input your information on the offer website. A few offers may require the use of a cellphone or a credit card to purchase a product. You should complete each offer as far as you are interested while following the directions listed in the offer description.

Step 3: Once you have completed an offer, you can close the offer browser window and hit the “submit for approval” button for that offer. You can see which offers have credited by clicking on your “account history” or viewing “completed offers” from the drop-down menu. Credited offers will be listed on this page. Offers may take up to 24 hrs or longer to credit.

Step 4: You can also also earn cash & points through referrals. You can find your personal referral link by clicking here. Be sure and give that link to everyone! You will receive 15% of all the cash and points (sand dollars) earned by your 1st level referrals! For example, if you referred Joe and Joe earns 100 points, you will automatically receive 15 points! You will also earn 5% commission from all of your 2nd-level referrals. Some of our members earn hundreds of referral points & cash every month!

What are tokens for?

Tokens are used to play our exclusive game - Cannonballs (which can be accessed by clicking on the graphic underneath the Last 50 Offers Credited). 3 tokens are required to play. In addition to cash or sand dollars, many offers also give out tokens. Tokens can also be won through some of our contests.

Every time you play Cannonballs, you are guaranteed to win one of six different cash amounts, up to $1.00 per play.

Question: How often do offers credit?

All of the offers at SimpleGPT credit automatically, meaning we play no part in the crediting process; it is all handled by the advertiser. These offers usually credit within 24 hours, but may take longer. Some credit within a few minutes or even instantly!! Check the forum to see which offers have credited instantly for our members.

Question: Why did I not get credit for an offer I completed?

If you have completed an offer per the requirements, you should receive credit within 24 hours. Occasionally crediting can be delayed for up to 2- 3 days. If you do not receive credit after the first attempt, you can try completing the offer again after you have read this section. To try an offer again, you must first delete it from your pending offers list. It will then return to the list of offers and will be available to try again. If you did not receive credit, it could be due to the following reasons:

* You are not from the geographical location listed under the requirements.

* You have already completed this offer on another site.

* You entered invalid/fake information.

* Your email or other information is already in the advertiser's system.

* You did not let the sponsor site load completely.

* You do not meet the eligibility for the offer including but not limited to age, location, gender.

* You did not complete the offer fully according to our advertiser's requirements.

* Your browser does not accept cookies.

* You are using a proxy or external web service to use our site which effectively blocks cookies.

* You are using a prepaid credit card or a prepaid cell phone to complete offers.

* You are using ad blocker programs which effectively blocks cookies.

* You are completing offers through a game console.

Can I request manual credit if I completed an offer but did not get credited?

Unfortunately, we do not take requests for manual credit. Please read above on improving your chances of getting credit. Please do not ask us or our advertisers for manual credit.

Question: How can I improve my chances of getting credit for offers?

You can increase your chance of getting credited for offers by doing the following:

* Make sure to complete each offer with your own real information.

* Try using another browser to see if it helps.

* Make sure that you are not using a pre-paid credit card or pre-paid cell phone.

* Use a brand new email when completing offers. The email must still be yours, however it does not have to be the email you registered with on SimpleGPT. Disposable emails such as dodgeit and mailinator, however, are not allowed.

* Clear your cookies before completing offers. We recommend CCleaner.

* Temporarily disable any ad blocking programs that may be blocking cookies.

* Make sure your browser accepts cookies. Read Accepting Cookies.

* Make sure that once you have clicked through to an offer, complete the requirements fully before clicking to another site or closing the browser window.

*For tips on specific offers or specific offer categories, please visit the forum.

*If you've corrected the issue that resulted in non-credit, you can go ahead and complete the offer again.

Can you give me any other tips on completing offers?

*If you are worried about spam, you can create a new email account and use that email when you are completing the offers.

*Read the requirements below each offer before you try to complete the offer. Please also make sure that your browser cookies are enabled.

*Don’t overdo it! Try not to complete too many offers from the same category (i.e. brandarama, MID, etc.) in one sitting. Try a few from each category each day. Attempting too many offers from the same advertiser may get your IP address blacklisted from servers, which means you’ll have a harder time getting offers to credit.

*Don’t go too fast! Some offers will not credit if you complete the offer too fast.

*Check out the last 50 credited offers. Chances are, if someone else got it to credit, you can too!

*Many of the offers, including those in the “Hot offers” category require completing the entire survey and then clicking on an offer on the final page or “last steps” page. However, you do not need to complete the offer to get credit, you just need to click on an offer or two and let the page fully load.

*Offers from the same category or family often require a unique email address in order to get credit (in other words, an email address you haven’t already submitted before). If you need help or clarification with this, please ask!

*For better approval rates, let each page fully load, especially the final page (including pop-ups) before closing it. This allows time for proper tracking.

*Disable all pop-up blockers & change settings to “accept all cookies”.

*Clear Cookies & Cache before EACH offer.

*Sometimes it is helpful to completely close your browser in between offers.

*If you attempt to complete an offer, and you see that your information is already pre-entered, that means cookies have not been properly cleared. Close your browser, clear cookies, and attempt the offer again.

Question: How come an offer was listed in my completed offers list, but has now disappeared?

Sometimes offers expire or are deleted from our system for various reasons. But don't worry! You still keep the points that you've earned.

Question: What is the minimum cashout requirement? What is the point to dollar conversion ratio?

Our minimum requirement to cashout is $1 via instant paypal or 500 points (sand dollars) for gift cards. 100 sand dollars = $1.00.

Question: When will I be paid?

Paypal payments are sent instantly and gift cards are sent on a weekly basis (assuming you meet the minimum requirements).

Question: Do I have to pay taxes on the rewards I earn?

Yes, you are responsible for taxes on the rewards you receive. You will be sent a 1099 each year for any amount over $600 in rewards earned in any calender year.

You must submit a W-9 if you earn or will earn over $600 in rewards in any calendar year. If I don't have your W-9 on file when you reach this limit, you will not be paid until I receive it. It is always best to submit it early if you think you will reach $600 in rewards.

How can I change my account information?

Our offers are generally updated every week but there is no set schedule, make sure you visit the site at least a few times a week to complete new offers!
